Patients without RAMQ (Québec Health Insurance) could make an appointment with one of our doctors in order to ask a family doctor, however some of our doctors are already completed their list and can’t accept the new patient.

Yes, of course. All the international students from all the universities in Québec and other provinces can easily use our medical services.
In addition, our clinic is accredited by Desjardins Insurance group for students so they must present their student card and Desjardin’s certification while making an appointment.
RAMQ (Québec Health Insurance) and the private health insurances covers our telemedicine and in-person medical consultations. Patients who use a private health insurance will receive a receipt for their claim.
